MATTEO PONTELLO Creative Director
Matteo Pontello is the Creative Director and Senior Designer at EYED Studio. Over the last 25 years he has worked with the most important eyewear players worldwide — including Marcolin, Safilo, Kering Eyewear, Thélios and NGG — supporting the latter three during their startup phases. His stylistic contributions have helped grow and relaunch brands such as Celine, Fendi, Bottega Veneta, Kenzo, Loewe and Off‑White, among others.
In 2015, he fulfilled his dream by founding SOYA Eyewear, a brand that distills his decades of design experience into an innovative, cutting‑edge collection reflecting the best of his creative background.
GIULIA STELLA Senior Designer
Giulia is a Senior Designer at EYED Studio, managing projects end-to-end with meticulous attention to detail and an exceptional eye for color and aesthetics. She trained at IED Turin with a degree in Jewelry & Accessories Design, which ignited her passion for art and fashion. Her career took her to Antwerp’s vibrant design scene, where she worked as an eyewear designer for Komono. Back in Italy, she has then collaborated with numerous brands, including Trussardi, Roberto Cavalli, Iceberg, NGG Group brands, and many others, translating her vision into products and supporting brand development.
